The 2024 TLX boasts a refreshed look, featuring a more sophisticated front fascia with a frameless version of Acura's Diamond Pentagon Grille, initially showcased on the Acura Type S Concept. The lineup introduces two thrilling new paint colors: Urban Gray Pearl and Liquid Carbon Metallic, the latter making its debut on the TLX with Technology Package.
Inside the cabin, the TLX offers an elevated driving experience with a new configurable 12.3-inch Acura Precision Cockpit™ Digital Instrument Cluster and a 12.3-inch center screen—20% larger than its predecessor—powered by a faster processor.
Standard features include wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility, a wireless charging pad, and the introduction of Amazon Alexa Built-In into the TLX lineup. Back-seat passengers benefit from two additional USB-C charging ports, and the entire TLX series embraces thicker carpeting for a quieter ride.
The TLX lineup comprises three models: the TLX with Technology Package, the TLX A-Spec with a sportier appearance, and the high-performance TLX Type S. There’s not a dull moment, no matter which TLX trim you go for.
The TLX with Technology Package serves as the entry point, offering premium styling and innovative technology features, such as 19-inch wheels, Milano Leather seating, ELS STUDIO Premium Audio, and Iconic Drive™ ambient LED cabin lighting.

The TLX A-Spec stands out with blacked-out exterior accents, A-Spec badges, new split-spoke 19-inch wheels in Shark Gray, dual round exhaust finishers, and a gloss black rear spoiler. Torque vectoring Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™ enhances performance, while new insulation elements reduce road noise for a quieter cabin.
The TLX Type S, crowned the fastest and best-handling all-wheel-drive sedan in Acura's 35-year history, elevates the driving experience with improved throttle response in the Sport+ drive mode and additional tech features, including a 10.5-inch head-up display and surround-view camera.
The Type S maintains its aggressive styling, incorporating a new diamond pentagon grille mesh and 20-inch split-spoke wheels finished in Berlina Black. The 2024 TLX introduces enhanced safety features, as the AcuraWatch™ suite now incorporates a new front single-lens sensor camera with an expanded 90-degree field of view, up from 50-degrees.
Additionally, a new grille-mounted millimeter-wave radar provides a wider 120-degree field of view, enhancing the accuracy and coverage of safety and driver-assistive technologies.
In the rear, the standard blind spot information (BSI) system now boasts an extended radar warning range of 82 feet, enabling Lane Change Alert. This advanced feature assists drivers by alerting them to vehicles approaching from behind in adjacent lanes, contributing to overall road safety.
The rear seatbelt reminder system is a notable addition to the TLX's safety features. Utilizing visual and audible cues, this standard feature notifies the driver whether rear seat occupants have buckled or unbuckled their seatbelts. This enhancement aligns with Acura's ongoing efforts to prioritize passenger safety.
The AcuraWatch suite is standard safety equipment on the new TLX, featuring the Collision Mitigation Braking System, Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, Road Departure Mitigation, Lane Keeping Assist System, and the Traffic Sign Recognition System.
Acura first unveiled the comprehensively refreshed 2024 TLX lineup on November 2. Scheduled to arrive at Acura dealers nationwide in late November, the 2024 TLX introduced a simplified trim level structure, with the Technology Package becoming the entry trim.
The A-Spec variant, offering additional sporty aesthetics, premium features, and standard torque vectoring Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™, adds a dynamic touch. The high-performance Type S, accounting for nearly a quarter of all TLX sales, crowns the lineup.
The Technology Package, now standard equipment, outfits the TLX with premium styling and cutting-edge technology.

According to Acura National Sales Assistant Vice President Emile Korkor,
"The new 2024 Acura TLX has reached new heights, demonstrating our commitment to advancing precision-crafted performance throughout the Acura lineup. It comes hard on the heels of the red-hot new Integra and Integra Type S, as Acura continues to deliver exciting premium performance products for people who love to drive.”
To further sweeten the deal, 2024 Acura TLX sport sedan customers can take advantage of the Acura Maintenance Package, a complimentary maintenance plan covering the first two years or 24,000 miles. This thoughtful inclusion not only adds peace of mind but also contributes to lowering the overall cost of ownership.
